My name is Abdoulaye, or Chef Papa as I am lovingly coined by my kidsMy passion for cooking started during their childhood, I was determined to make sure they had balanced meals, and teach them how to carry on our delicious and healthy recipes.

​

In Wolof, my last name, Seck, means 'chicken lover with no front teeth,' and while I've still got my front teeth, I've never lost my love for chicken. You'll discover many chicken recipes with me!

 

Growing up in Senegal it was customary to eat home cooked meals. If we had a taste for it, then we whipped the dish up in our kitchen, and it is how I got started with adding my own twist to every dish, thus launching my Global Fusion kitchen.

As much as I enjoy chicken, in order to keep a balanced diet, I use lots of fruits & veggies and recreate international dishes for any diet. I hope our home cooked meals will fuel your passion for feeding your family as much as I love feeding mine!
